I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible job Clyde did making paella for our recent party of 60 people! The food was absolutely amazing, and everyone was captivated by the entire cooking process. It was not just a meal; it was an experience!
 
Clyde's hands-on approach allowed us to learn so much about the art of paella, from selecting the right ingredients to the perfect cooking techniques. His passion for cooking truly shone through, and it made the event even more special. At one point, so many of our guests were around the star of the show. Just having the best time.
